Join a fast-paced remote team supporting a public policy campaign program focused on vendor coordination, payments, and operational support. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys working across teams, managing details, and helping keep important initiatives running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for vendor registration and onboarding activities.
- Track vendor status, follow up on issues, and help resolve onboarding or payment-related challenges.
- Process vendor payments by gathering tax details, invoices, and any additional documentation needed.
- Communicate updates on payment and contract status to vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records related to payments, budgets, and vendor information.
- Support the Regional Program Coordinator with operations projects, including offsite planning and virtual events.
- Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a collaborative, fast-paced administrative support role.
- Strong experience using Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Background in vendor management or vendor support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information with care.
- Reliable, prepared, responsive, and eager to learn.
- Comfort working effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Flexible and poised when working under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting political campaigns or public policy teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and create effective workflows.
- Experience contributing to event planning or other operational projects.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and sharing best practices.
