We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact creative projects that support brand growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams, and brings a strong blend of project leadership, strategic thinking, and process expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple creative projects from planning through closeout, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for strategists, creative teams, business partners, internal stakeholders, and external collaborators.
  • Manage the most complex and critical projects while maintaining clarity on priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop, maintain, and organize project plans and documentation in project management tools.
  • Track progress, budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and reporting metrics in partnership with Operations.
  • Identify issues, risks, and scope changes early, escalate appropriately, and help guide solutions.
  • Support onboarding, process improvement, and change management efforts as a project management subject matter expert.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level project managers by sharing guidance, feedback, and best practices.
  • Help connect creative work to broader business goals, brand priorities, and audience engagement efforts.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons-learned discussions to strengthen future delivery and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a creative agency or related environment.
  • Strong background managing creative workflows, cross-functional teams, and multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Ability to balance priorities, manage deadlines, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Experience with project documentation, reporting, forecasting, and budget oversight.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and take proactive action.
  • Ability to mentor others and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting events, tradeshows, or experiential marketing projects.
  • PMP certification or a similar project management credential.
  • Experience contributing to onboarding, process design, or change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with brand-driven creative campaign development.
  • Ability to influence ideas, connect related workstreams, and support strategic storytelling.
