JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic ecommerce marketing team focused on improving product detail pages and digital promotions across major third-party retail channels. This contract role offers the opportunity to shape online shopper experiences, strengthen brand consistency, and support growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end setup, refreshes, and ongoing optimization of product detail pages across third-party retailer platforms.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, digital assets, and brand messaging across channels.
  • Partner with content, creative, sales, and external agencies to align product content with current messaging, claims, and promotional priorities.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to improve conversion, content performance, and shopper engagement.
  • Review performance data, customer behavior, and conversion trends to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support online sales efforts by resolving listing issues and content syndication challenges in collaboration with sales partners.
  • Monitor key channel metrics such as traffic, conversion, buy box performance, and ratings and reviews.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reporting, along with competitive insights from retailer platforms.

Skills

  • 3+ years of ecommerce experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon systems and product content management.
  • Strong understanding of managing product detail pages across retailer platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other major retailer platforms such as Walmart, Walgreens, or Best Buy.
  • Background in a regulated industry, such as health tech.
  • Experience using experimentation and testing to improve ecommerce performance.
  • Familiarity with shopper behavior analysis and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Ability to track competitor activity and apply category best practices.
