Step into a vital customer support role supporting identity and access management activities for a high-impact financial services environment. In this position, you will help deliver accurate, timely service while supporting secure access processes, issue resolution, and operational consistency across teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, timely support to internal and external customers while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Follow established procedures and checklists to handle requests accurately and consistently.
- Verify request details, confirm authorization when needed, and complete appropriate due diligence for customer and business requests.
- Support credential setup, access updates, and access removal while following information security controls.
- Help manage and account for inventory, including daily tracking, shipment validation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Escalate urgent issues to senior staff or management when appropriate.
- Assist with testing activities related to application maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Monitor outages and support contingency verification efforts.
- Recommend or help implement process and procedure improvements that strengthen operational efficiency.
Skills
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related operational role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to follow defined processes while handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfort working with internal stakeholders and supporting coordinated service efforts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting identity and access management or other credentialing-related processes.
- Background in inventory tracking, device handling, or operational accounting tasks.
- Experience assisting with testing, troubleshooting, or process improvement efforts.
- Ability to identify issues early and escalate them appropriately.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
