Join a dynamic technology team supporting a global client data platform and Salesforce ecosystem in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role blends production support, business analysis, and stakeholder partnership to help improve operational stability, data quality, and platform performance.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day production support activities for the client data platform and Salesforce environment
- Monitor platform health, data feeds, automated processes, and key business workflows to help ensure smooth operations
- Triage incidents, defects, enhancements, and data-related requests while helping drive timely resolution
- Support incident, problem, and outage management, including communication with stakeholders and support teams
- Manage and prioritize requests through ServiceNow and maintain strong ticket governance and lifecycle tracking
- Partner with business users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and document functional needs for development teams
- Support release planning, validation, deployment readiness, and post-release verification for Salesforce and related applications
- Perform data quality reviews, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with source system owners to address root causes
- Create clear documentation, process flows, and operational materials to support ongoing improvements
- Build strong working relationships with business, technology, and support stakeholders across multiple teams
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in production support, business analysis, CRM technology, or application support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
- Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile delivery practices
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Experience supporting incidents, change activities, and release coordination
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services or asset management
- Background supporting client, contact, account, marketing, or distribution data platforms
- Understanding of data governance, production controls, and change management practices
- Experience developing requirements, process flows, and use cases
- Familiarity with operational reporting and executive-level status updates
- Experience supporting user onboarding, training, or knowledge sharing
