Join a fast-paced product team supporting two important areas: order management and donor management with omni-channel capabilities. This Product Analyst role offers the opportunity to help shape solutions from early discovery through launch readiness, while working closely with product, agile, business, and technology partners.
Responsibilities
- Support product delivery by helping clarify business needs, define scope, and prepare requirements for agile team execution.
- Gather and document requirements through discovery, fit-gap analysis, and solution definition.
- Evaluate customer needs, workflow impacts, operational feasibility, business value, and platform capability to guide recommendations.
- Partner with product managers, product owners, agile teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to keep work moving forward.
- Create lightweight mockups, prototypes, or visual process views to help align stakeholders and reduce ambiguity.
- Track milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and provide clear updates on blockers and open decisions.
- Contribute to launch readiness, adoption measurement, and ongoing optimization after implementation.
- Deliver organized documentation and practical recommendations that support product outcomes during the contract period.
Skills
- Experience supporting product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role in a collaborative delivery environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex or evolving needs into clear requirements and actionable options.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystems, especially Revenue Cloud and Health Cloud, is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Oracle ERP integrations is highly valued.
- Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and assess solution options across business and technical considerations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and a startup-like mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating mockups, prototypes, or other simple visual tools to support solution alignment.
- Familiarity with order management or donor management workflows.
- Experience supporting omni-channel capabilities.
- Background in discovery, backlog readiness, launch planning, or product optimization.
- Comfort working across product and technology teams in an agile environment.
