Join a fast-paced marketing team as a CRM Specialist supporting email, SMS, and push campaigns with a blend of campaign execution, QA, reporting, and project coordination. Responsibilities

• Review and validate marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels before and after launch
• Support campaign planning by maintaining calendars, deployment details, trackers, and documentation
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reporting for creative and channel initiatives
• Pull basic analytics and help summarize A/B test results and dashboard insights
• Coordinate testing programs and collaborate with external partners as needed
• Assist with promotion planning and execution support
• Capture meeting notes, track follow-ups, and keep project materials organized
• Provide flexible operational support as priorities shift

Skills

• Experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail and comfort performing campaign QA
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders with strong organization
• Comfort working with performance data and turning findings into clear takeaways
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Airtable, or CRM messaging platforms
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems
• Ability to work across email, SMS, and push marketing channels

Preferred Skills

• Experience with martech platforms such as Movable Ink, Bluecore, or Attentive
