Bring your expertise in healthcare content, SEO, and digital storytelling to a role focused on creating high-value website experiences for a highly regulated medical audience. This position combines evidence-based writing, content optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver clear, credible, and discoverable web content across a complex healthcare portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refresh, and optimize website content for clinical, product, solution, and educational pages.
- Write clear, evidence-based content for healthcare professionals and other decision-makers in regulated environments.
- Translate clinical, customer, product, and business input into accurate web content that supports the user journey.
- Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices to improve discoverability, structure, and content quality.
- Collaborate with SEO, UX, analytics, web technology, and agency partners on content strategy and implementation.
- Partner with medical, legal, regulatory, claims, brand, and privacy reviewers to ensure content is accurate and approval-ready.
- Use performance data, search insights, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities and guide improvements.
- Support CMS updates, metadata improvements, structured content needs, and ongoing site maintenance.
- Contribute to a cohesive solution-oriented narrative that strengthens trust, credibility, and brand alignment.
Skills
- Strong experience writing healthcare, clinical, medical technology, or life sciences content for professional audiences.
- Ability to create long-form web content that balances accuracy, readability, brand voice, and business goals.
- Working knowledge of SEO content strategy, including keyword alignment, metadata, headings, internal linking, and semantic search.
- Understanding of GEO and AEO principles, including answer-ready content, FAQs, structured summaries, and entity-focused writing.
- Experience navigating medical, legal, regulatory, claims, privacy, or brand review workflows.
- Ability to analyze content performance and search data to recommend improvements.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Comfort working in a highly regulated environment with high attention to detail and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting website transformation, content migration, or content restructuring projects.
- Background creating content for AI-driven discovery, including FAQs, comparison pages, glossaries, and concise summaries.
- Ability to build solution narratives that connect products into a broader care continuum story.
- Understanding of healthcare buyer journeys across professional, administrative, procurement, and regional audiences.
- Experience partnering with clinical, regulatory, legal, product marketing, integrated marketing, regional marketing, UX, analytics, SEO, and web production teams.
- Experience with global website governance and regional or language considerations.
