Join a cross-functional product team driving service readiness and project execution for complex, regulated products that support advanced robotic systems. This hybrid Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives from planning through delivery while partnering closely with engineering, service, and operations teams to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, service, support, customer success, and operations
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk logs
- Support new product introduction and product sustainment efforts for service readiness
- Partner with engineering teams to communicate service requirements, dependencies, and risks
- Facilitate design review and status meetings with internal partners and leadership
- Track progress, identify roadblocks early, and help drive alignment and resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the project management function
- Support readiness planning for products moving through development and launch
Skills
- Proven project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Experience supporting medical devices, robotics, diagnostics, biotechnology, or another regulated industry
- Background working with design control-related projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfort handling project schedules, risks, dependencies, and execution details
- Analytical problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience in a related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting field service or technical support organizations
- Knowledge of design for serviceability or maintenance practices
- PMP or other project management certification
- Familiarity with medical device regulations and quality standards
- Exposure to products with mechanical, electrical, and software components
- Experience working on product and service initiatives in a highly regulated environment
- Background supporting healthcare technology or robotic systems
