- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into practical, scalable design solutions.
- Develop clear information architecture and interaction patterns for multi-step experiences.
- Prepare production-ready design specifications that support smooth engineering implementation.
- Work within established design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout agile ceremonies and design reviews.
- Use feedback, usability insights, and iterative refinement to improve the overall experience.
- Help define problem statements and prioritize design work based on user impact, business value, and feasibility.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity design, and prototyping.
- Solid interaction design skills for complex, multi-step user journeys.
- Experience creating user flows, journey maps, and information architecture.
- Ability to produce detailed design specs for engineering handoff.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI design.
- Experience supporting usability testing and applying insights to design iterations.
- Comfort working in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
Preferred Skills
