Join a dynamic production support team where you’ll help manage direct mail, print, and stationery campaigns from intake through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while helping ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple direct mail, print, and stationery projects at once, keeping work moving smoothly from intake through completion
- Review artwork, data files, vendor proofs, and instructions carefully to identify issues before production
- Support job estimating, cost analysis, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and postage tracking
- Serve as a liaison for compliance-related needs tied to assigned programs
- Monitor inventory levels and help ensure supplies remain available to support production needs
- Work with print, stationery, and mail vendors to support quality, delivery, and issue resolution
- Partner with sourcing, procurement, and business teams on vendor contracts and SOW-related activities
- Help document workflows, processes, and reporting as you build subject matter expertise in supported platforms
Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong project management, process management, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading accuracy
- Ability to manage data-driven instructions with care and precision
- Solid financial and analytical skills, including working with estimates, invoices, and cost tracking
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfort using tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Workfront, Ariba, and AI-enabled tools
- Ability to work in a structured environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in print production, direct mail coordination, or a related operations role
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly and document processes clearly
- Customer-focused approach with strong follow-through and responsiveness
