Join a dynamic program operations team supporting a financial wellbeing initiative that plays a key role in onboarding, workshop coordination, content management, compliance submissions, reporting, and process improvement. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who enjoys keeping multiple workstreams moving, improving processes, and delivering a strong client experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly operating rhythm across onboarding, workshops, content, compliance, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including intake, file handling, platform setup, and partner handoffs.
  • Support workshop scheduling and logistics, maintain tracking tools, and help prepare materials for delivery.
  • Review content and support submission workflows to help ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Create recurring reports and help maintain data accuracy across agent, employer, workshop, and compliance records.
  • Monitor an incoming request queue, triage issues, and work toward timely resolution.
  • Document processes, standard operating procedures, and service-level expectations in a clear central resource.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support automation or platform enhancements.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in program operations, project management, or process management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring priorities at once.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading, review, and quality control.
  • Experience creating reports, tracking records, and auditing information for accuracy.
  • Ability to document workflows, procedures, and process requirements clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
  • Ability to work across teams and support a client-focused, solution-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting program operations in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, Calendly, CMS/content platforms, JIRA, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Experience with workflow design, process improvement, or platform enhancement initiatives.
  • Background supporting field-facing, product, compliance, or operational partners.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and grow into a subject matter expert for supported tools and processes.
