We’re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support enterprise technology initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead multiple projects through the full lifecycle while partnering with cross-functional teams to keep work on track, on budget, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate enterprise IT projects from intake through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations are met.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, burn rate tracking, baselines, ETCs, and resource planning.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, and escalate concerns with clear recommendations when needed.
- Facilitate meetings with technical and business partners, documenting decisions, deliverables, scope changes, and next steps.
- Partner with technology owners and stakeholders to gather project inputs, supporting documentation, and status updates.
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting using tools such as Smartsheet and other project management platforms.
- Support the creation and upkeep of project portals, logs, reports, and program documentation.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams while ensuring attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or technology implementations.
- Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, and dependency management.
- Experience managing large-scale initiatives or programs with budgets over $1M.
- Knowledge of project financial tracking, including forecasting and resource planning.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams in an enterprise setting.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as waterfall, iterative, and hybrid approaches.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in PMO environments or supporting application development and enterprise technology work.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of JIRA or other Agile coordination tools.
- SharePoint experience.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed or remote teams.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing several priorities at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication in hybrid or in-person settings.
- Familiarity with Big Data concepts.
