We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to support multiple Agile teams delivering solutions for commercial banking and payment services. This role offers the opportunity to guide collaborative teams, improve delivery practices, and help drive meaningful business outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach and support multiple Scrum teams in Agile and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help teams stay focused, collaborative, and aligned to sprint goals and business priorities.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and support delivery planning.
- Identify, escalate, and remove barriers that may impact team progress.
- Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of Agile best practices.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support communication across business, product, technology, and operations partners.
- Contribute to release readiness, planning, and delivery transparency.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and delivery practices.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams toward better outcomes.
- Proven ability to identify impediments and help drive resolution.
- Experience with Agile project management and release management practices.
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Preferred Skills
- CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in commercial banking, treasury management, payments, ACH, Positive Pay, or related financial services areas.
- Background working in a regulated environment.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business stakeholders.
