Responsibilities
- Support daily compliance audit activities by preparing audit lists, reviewing documentation, and completing recurring administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records, trackers, dashboards, and reporting files with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Review submitted information against established requirements, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and escalate exceptions to the appropriate team members.
- Serve as a first point of contact for audit-related questions and disputes, documenting requests and routing them appropriately.
- Update recurring reports and performance trackers to support visibility into audit progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal partners and contractors to gather information, documentation, and status updates needed to complete work on time.
- Assist with scheduling, action-item tracking, and follow-up to keep compliance activities moving forward.
- Support onboarding efforts by helping prepare training materials and maintaining internal documentation.
- Follow established SOPs and raise process, documentation, or data concerns when needed.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to keep records accurate and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and tracker maintenance.
- Experience working in structured, process-based environments with clear procedures or SOPs.
- Ability to review data and documentation for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working across teams and handling follow-up requests.
- Experience supporting operational workflows in areas such as audits, compliance, reporting, documentation, or data quality.
- Ability to recognize issues and escalate appropriately without making independent compliance decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Background in audit support, compliance operations, data governance, document control, quality assurance, or master data support.
- Experience maintaining dashboards, recurring reports, or operational metrics.
- Comfort working in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience supporting onboarding, training coordination, or administrative program operations.
