Join a fast-paced, project-based design team supporting high-level leadership with work that spans presentation decks, branded assets, physical artifacts, and immersive experiences. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can move quickly, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver thoughtful design solutions across print, digital, and spatial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop editorial, communication, and presentation design solutions that clearly tell a story and support business goals
  • Create concept directions through research, sketching, mood boards, mock-ups, and design specifications
  • Translate brand guidelines into engaging visual systems, including logos, marks, packaging, signage, and image layouts
  • Design materials for both print and digital use, including decks, infographics, and supporting content
  • Contribute to exhibit and immersive experience design, including graphic elements that extend into physical spaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to refine ideas and incorporate feedback throughout the design process
  • Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and deadlines
  • Support in-office, hands-on installation work as needed, including assembling fixtures, hanging signage, and moving product samples or displays
  • Work in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability

Skills

  • Four-year degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in editorial and communication-focused graphic design
  • Strong end-to-end design process experience, from research and concept development through refinement and final delivery
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong presentation-building skills using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience with digital whiteboarding tools such as Miro
  • Ability to communicate ideas visually and present work to a variety of audiences
  • Comfort working independently, managing ambiguity, and keeping multiple priorities moving forward
  • Strong collaboration, client engagement, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in hands-on installation work when needed

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing for exhibits, immersive environments, or other spatial applications
  • Familiarity with generative AI and emerging design technologies
  • Video editing experience
  • Product design experience
  • Background in designing for premium brand experiences, including health and beauty or apparel-related work
  • Experience creating brand-focused solutions within established visual systems
  • 2D animation skills
  • Illustration capabilities
  • Experience supporting high-visibility projects in consumer-facing environments
