Lead the rollout of an innovative education-focused enterprise solution designed to support large school districts and help expand access to AI-powered learning tools. This customer success role blends strategic program management, technical implementation, and educator enablement for a high-impact launch.
Open to either NY or SF, in office 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer onboarding and implementation for large school district deployments
- Coordinate technical setup activities such as single sign-on and role-based access configuration
- Plan and deliver training sessions that support adoption and product activation
- Build and nurture a community of practice for educators using the solution
- Lead discussions with school and district leadership to support rollout success
- Analyze program data and feedback to identify improvements and refine the experience
- Partner with internal teams to help ensure smooth execution across the implementation lifecycle
- Support occasional travel as needed, with an estimated 2–3 trips for the role
Skills
- Experience in customer success, implementation, or program management within EdTech or a related education environment
- Strong understanding of AI in education and the broader education technology landscape
- Ability to manage technical conversations with school and district stakeholders
- Confident executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership
- Experience facilitating onboarding, training, or adoption programs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve program outcomes
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with single sign-on solutions and access management concepts
- Experience supporting enterprise solutions or large-scale deployments
- Background in learning design or educator enablement
- Interest in building strong user communities and supporting long-term adoption
- Willingness to work onsite in New York or San Francisco two to three days per week
