• Present opportunities in a compelling way to generate enthusiasm and support across cross-functional teams
• Navigate a fast-paced environment while keeping communication clear, proactive, and organized
• Collaborate closely with internal partners to move initiatives forward and support partnership goals
• Apply an understanding of seasonal business cycles to help inform partnership strategy and execution
• Work onsite in Los Angeles to support the highly collaborative nature of the role

Skills

• Experience in sales, commercial partnerships, or a related relationship-driven role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
• Understanding of seasonality in hospitality, experiences, or similar industries
• Confidence in presenting ideas and building alignment across internal and external audiences

Preferred Skills
