We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist to help shape compelling digital experiences through clear, consistent, and high-quality content. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to develop content strategies, strengthen editorial standards, and improve content discoverability across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies that align with business goals, user needs, and digital experience objectives
• Set and maintain editorial standards to ensure clarity, consistency, quality, and brand alignment
• Support content discovery and performance by applying GEO, SEO, and modern content best practices
• Lead content planning, governance, workflows, and roadmap coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Manage editorial initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring strong organization and follow-through
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to translate business needs into actionable content plans
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable content solutions
• Review, refine, and QA content to support a strong user experience across digital touchpoints

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, editorial strategy, or digital content management
• Strong editing, content review, and quality assurance skills
• Experience leading complex editorial programs and cross-functional initiatives
• Knowledge of content governance, structured content, and search optimization best practices
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to work

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting digital experience programs in a client-facing environment
• Background in facilitating workshops or strategic working sessions
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization and evolving content discovery practices
• Experience working with structured content models and governance frameworks
• Ability to contribute thoughtful recommendations that improve content quality and scalability
