Join a collaborative digital content team where you’ll help shape clear, user-centered experiences across multiple platforms. This role partners closely with experience design and accessibility teams to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the broader content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and implement content that supports product features, campaigns, and digital experiences
• Work alongside designers and accessibility partners to ensure content fits the intended user experience
• Review design files in Figma and provide content-related feedback and updates
• Apply established content strategies, voice, and tone standards across digital touchpoints
• Adapt content to support new initiatives while maintaining consistency with content guidelines
• Ensure content is accurate, clear, and appropriate for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with multiple teams to manage a variety of content requests and priorities
• Help maintain alignment with customer- and business-focused site goals

Skills

• 2+ years of experience using Figma to review designs and provide content feedback
• 3+ years of experience supporting content needs across multiple teams or projects
• 5+ years of experience working within a design system and following content standards
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, consistency, and tone
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, stakeholders, and accessibility partners
• Experience turning strategy into polished content that supports digital products
• Comfort balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on content for financial services or similarly regulated environments
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices
• Experience supporting web or digital product content updates
• Ability to contribute to meetings such as scrum, planning, and refinement sessions
• Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
