Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid recruiting role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, and sourcing specialists to help attract and hire great talent across a variety of functions. This is an opportunity to support a fast-paced recruiting environment, improve hiring processes, and help create an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned business areas and hiring initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and HR partners to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Develop recruiting plans that include job requirements, sourcing approach, screening steps, and selection strategy
- Collaborate with sourcing partners to support talent attraction efforts
- Manage candidates and recruiting activity within an applicant tracking system
- Guide candidates and hiring teams through the recruiting process from intake through offer
- Support diversity recruiting efforts and help foster an inclusive candidate experience
- Maintain awareness of recruiting trends, employment regulations, and process best practices
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and overall talent acquisition practices
- Perform additional related duties as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple job families, levels, and geographic locations
- Strong ability to screen, assess, interview, and support offer processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teams
- Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Ability to quickly evaluate talent and communicate clearly throughout the hiring process
- Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and fair hiring practices
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting high-volume or complex recruiting needs
- Background in developing recruiting strategies or workforce plans
- Experience contributing to diversity recruiting initiatives
- Familiarity with process improvement in a talent acquisition environment
- Strong business partnership skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
