We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive enterprise data products from idea through launch and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to shape data solutions that support business teams, improve governance, and create measurable impact across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise data products, from discovery and planning through delivery and ongoing optimization.
- Define product direction, roadmap, business outcomes, and success metrics.
- Gather, evaluate, and prioritize input from business stakeholders, engineers, analytics teams, and data partners.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, reliable, compliant, and aligned to business goals.
- Use data analysis to assess product performance, identify trends, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams while managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Track adoption and continuously refine products based on feedback and business results.
Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, with ownership of data-driven or analytics-focused products.
- Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, including production support.
- Strong ability to gather business requirements and convert them into technical requirements, user stories, and product plans.
- Hands-on SQL skills for data analysis, requirement validation, and issue investigation.
- Working knowledge of data quality, data governance, metadata, data lineage, data definitions, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience partnering with engineering, data architecture, analytics, governance, and business teams.
- Ability to define KPIs and measure product success using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Agile experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with enterprise data catalog or governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview, or Informatica.
- Background supporting enterprise data products used across multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
