Join a dynamic team supporting the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud in a business-facing IT Business Analyst role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between stakeholders and technology, turning workflow needs into clear functional solutions, and helping drive successful platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional requirements from business, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Assess Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities and recommend ways to use out-of-the-box functionality effectively.
- Partner with technical and business teams to support solution design and workflow improvements.
- Develop functional test cases and help coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
- Investigate and help resolve functional issues and end-user system defects.
- Create training materials and support walkthroughs to promote user adoption and understanding.
- Collaborate in an Agile or Scrum environment to support project delivery.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Functional Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of declarative Salesforce configuration, including Flows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Ability to analyze business processes and communicate requirements clearly.
- Experience writing functional documentation and supporting testing efforts.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, or data standards.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a healthcare-related environment.
- Background supporting platform feature implementations and process improvement efforts.
- Experience creating end-user training documentation and facilitating walkthroughs.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile or Scrum setting.
- Comfort balancing business needs with system capabilities to reduce unnecessary customization.
