Lead the evolution of a corporate B2B website as a revenue-driving digital product, shaping strategy, platform health, and growth through experimentation and scalable web experiences. This Senior Product Manager role partners closely with marketing, CRO, discoverability, design, and engineering to build high-converting, brand-compliant digital journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the corporate website, aligning platform priorities to business growth and revenue goals.
  • Evaluate opportunities and build business cases using data-driven impact analysis to guide roadmap decisions.
  • Shape and expand a reusable CMS component and template library that helps teams launch pages and experiments efficiently.
  • Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements from marketing, campaign, and regional stakeholders based on value, feasibility, and user impact.
  • Serve as product owner for an engineering pod, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting sprint execution.
  • Partner with CRO and discoverability teams to support A/B testing, personalization, and technical SEO needs.
  • Oversee web platform health, including performance, stability, security, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Communicate roadmap progress and platform investments clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Explore practical uses of AI to improve product workflows, backlog management, and testing efficiency.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ownership of enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms.
  • Deep experience with Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B web experiences, lead flow, and online conversion journeys.
  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting digital growth, self-service purchasing, or direct online sales.
  • Working knowledge of web architecture, APIs, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present confidently to senior leaders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience partnering with marketing, UX, engineering, CRO, or SEO teams in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Ability to translate technical topics into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting scalable content operations through reusable web components and templates.
  • Familiarity with AI tools that streamline product management or technical collaboration.
  • Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-moving digital environment.
