Join a high-visibility strategic consulting engagement focused on client growth, retention, and acquisition initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to shape growth strategies, analyze business and market data, and help drive meaningful commercial outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of strategies that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze business, client, and market data to inform recommendations with financial and commercial impact.
- Create clear, executive-ready presentations and materials for senior leadership decision-making.
- Help define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables across multiple active workstreams.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning and commercialization efforts for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Approximately 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, growth strategy, business development, or a related area.
- Strong experience supporting front-end business functions such as marketing, customer growth, and commercial strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly through presentations, summaries, and stakeholder-ready deliverables.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Financial services experience is required.
Preferred Skills
- Insurance industry experience.
- Background supporting executive leadership or cross-functional strategy teams.
- Experience developing roadmaps and coordinating work across multiple initiatives.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
