Join a high-impact enterprise program management team supporting strategic product transformation initiatives in a complex, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at bringing people, processes, and priorities together to drive meaningful change across Product, Technology, UX, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level product transformation programs from planning through execution
- Build and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings to keep workstreams aligned
- Support program governance and provide clear, consistent updates to executive leadership
- Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, newsletters, and other communications
- Maintain organized program documentation, repositories, collaboration spaces, and project artifacts
- Partner closely with teams across Product, Technology, UX, and Operations to drive shared progress
- Monitor program health, surface risks or blockers early, and help drive practical mitigation plans
- Support organizational readiness, change management, and adoption efforts for enterprise initiatives
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise program management, product operations, organizational change, or a related field
- Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs in complex matrixed environments
- Strong experience with program planning, dependency tracking, risk management, and executive reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for leadership audiences
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and keep initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, SharePoint, and similar enterprise collaboration tools
- Experience working effectively with Product, Technology, UX, and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting product operating model, taxonomy, governance, or product transformation efforts
- Background in change management, adoption planning, or business readiness work
- Experience in large enterprise retail, technology, or digital product environments
- Confidence presenting to executive audiences and influencing across senior stakeholder groups
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on organization and follow-through
