JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a high-impact enterprise program management team supporting strategic product transformation initiatives in a complex, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at bringing people, processes, and priorities together to drive meaningful change across Product, Technology, UX, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level product transformation programs from planning through execution
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings to keep workstreams aligned
  • Support program governance and provide clear, consistent updates to executive leadership
  • Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, newsletters, and other communications
  • Maintain organized program documentation, repositories, collaboration spaces, and project artifacts
  • Partner closely with teams across Product, Technology, UX, and Operations to drive shared progress
  • Monitor program health, surface risks or blockers early, and help drive practical mitigation plans
  • Support organizational readiness, change management, and adoption efforts for enterprise initiatives

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise program management, product operations, organizational change, or a related field
  • Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs in complex matrixed environments
  • Strong experience with program planning, dependency tracking, risk management, and executive reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for leadership audiences
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and keep initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, SharePoint, and similar enterprise collaboration tools
  • Experience working effectively with Product, Technology, UX, and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting product operating model, taxonomy, governance, or product transformation efforts
  • Background in change management, adoption planning, or business readiness work
  • Experience in large enterprise retail, technology, or digital product environments
  • Confidence presenting to executive audiences and influencing across senior stakeholder groups
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on organization and follow-through
