We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry professional to support an Owned Brands Development team during a system transition. This remote contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys validating information, resolving data discrepancies, and helping ensure accuracy across multiple systems and documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate product specifications to ensure information is entered accurately and maintained consistently across systems.
• Compare data across documents and platforms to confirm completeness, consistency, and alignment.
• Partner with internal project teams to support correct system entry and quickly address data issues.
• Identify missing, conflicting, or inaccurate information and escalate concerns when needed.
• Track validation progress, maintain clear documentation, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy.
• Work remotely while being available for real-time collaboration during core Central Time business hours.

• Experience with food specifications, labeling, packaging, or regulatory compliance.
• Background working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience with data validation, system migrations, or master data.
