JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic regulatory programs team as a Sr. Program Manager supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives that help drive process alignment and successful project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-visibility programs, coordinate across business areas, and help shape effective implementation strategies in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs and projects across multiple functional areas.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery approaches that support business goals.
  • Coordinate resources, milestones, and cross-team activities to keep work on track and aligned to expectations.
  • Monitor program progress, assess risks, and make adjustments to help maintain momentum and reduce delays.
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to build alignment, share best practices, and support consistent execution.
  • Facilitate communication by preparing status updates, presentations, and materials for senior leadership.
  • Support implementation planning, training efforts, and sustainability of program outcomes.
  • Work with external consultants as needed to help evaluate cost and benefit opportunities.
  • Help guide teams supporting the program to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Skills

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Strong background managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders or business functions.
  • Ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, milestones, and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to brief senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust plans as priorities change.
  • Experience building relationships and coordinating work across teams.
  • Ability to lead meetings, drive follow-through, and support delivery of business outcomes.
  • Bachelor of Science degree required.

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-related programs.
  • Familiarity with large-scale business process improvement or implementation efforts.
  • Experience leading programs with multiple contributors and competing priorities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
