Join a fast-paced event content marketing team supporting large-scale events in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a highly organized project or program manager who can own complex workstreams, keep deliverables moving on time, and collaborate across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coordination of assigned event content workstreams and related deliverables.
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines, trackers, milestones, and status updates.
- Partner cross-functionally with product marketing and other stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and roadblocks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support content development planning across event programs with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Manage a high volume of deliverables while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Contribute to post-event review and analysis, including recommendations for future improvements.
- Work collaboratively across teams to help deliver high-quality content and event-related outputs.
Skills
- Strong project or program management experience with a proven ability to manage deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience coordinating complex workstreams in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder and leadership updates.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and handle ambiguity with confidence.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Comfort working with a variety of project management tools and software.
Preferred Skills
- Background in event marketing, experiential marketing, or event program management.
- Experience with conference or event-related workstreams, especially content or operational coordination.
- Familiarity with tools such as M365, AirTable, RainFocus, Cvent, or Asana.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments.
- Ability to manage large volumes of deliverables across multiple teams.
- Project management certification such as PMP, CMP, PgMP, or Prince2.
