Bring your Salesforce program leadership experience to a high-visibility, client-facing role focused on driving an end-to-end Salesforce CPQ migration. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive program manager who thrives in cross-functional environments and can help guide complex delivery efforts from strategy through execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full program lifecycle for a Salesforce CPQ migration, from planning and coordination through delivery and stabilization.
- Serve as the primary client-facing program lead, partnering closely with leadership and key stakeholders throughout the engagement.
- Align cross-functional teams across Sales, RevOps, and IT to support execution and maintain program momentum.
- Facilitate sprint cadence, status meetings, and program governance to keep work organized and on track.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner.
- Support stakeholder communication and ensure clear visibility into progress, milestones, and next steps.
- Contribute to a collaborative delivery environment that supports quality outcomes and strong client relationships.
Skills
- Proven Salesforce program management experience.
- Hands-on experience leading CPQ migration initiatives.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions in a complex enterprise environment.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Comfort managing issues, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to represent the program confidently at the leadership level.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Background supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and sprint-based coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to delivery.
