Join a team focused on strengthening and scaling iOS device deployment operations through Microsoft Intune in a large enterprise environment. This role is ideal for an Intune specialist who enjoys improving reliability, building repeatable processes, and creating the visibility needed to support secure mobile device management at scale.

Responsibilities
- Audit existing Microsoft Intune configurations for iOS app deployment, app protection, app configuration, VPP/ABM integration, and rollout settings.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve the reliability and repeatability of mobile app deployments.
- Implement process improvements for app version management, phased rollouts, and rollback procedures across managed devices.
- Partner with mobile engineering and IT teams to document and operationalize deployment workflows.
- Build and support pre-release validation for Intune-deployed builds across MAM/MDM policies, conditional access, enrollment paths, device types, and OS versions.
- Create monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and reports to track deployment success, install issues, policy compliance, and version adoption.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Help establish a stable foundation for ongoing operational support after the initial assessment and buildout phase.
Skills
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune for iOS in an enterprise setting.
- Strong knowledge of mobile device management, including enrollment, authentication, compliance, certification, and security practices.
- Deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, including ABM, VPP, APNs certificates, and app distribution.
- Proven ability to support large-scale device management environments with complex requirements.
- Experience advising on Intune architecture, deployment approaches, and operational best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with support, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Comfort working as a trusted subject matter expert in a consultative role.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise-grade iOS environments in organizations with complex mobility needs.
- Familiarity with building dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for deployment operations.
- Experience with testing and validating policy behavior across a variety of device and OS configurations.
- Background working in environments where repeatable processes and operational scaling are priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving setting with a focus on documentation, process improvement, and cross-team alignment.
