Join a high-impact technical program management role focused on driving field quality and safety initiatives across complex consumer devices. This remote opportunity offers the chance to partner with cross-functional teams to improve investigation processes, reduce cycle times, and strengthen pre- and post-launch risk visibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support large-scale field quality and safety programs from planning through execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with engineering, quality, safety, operations, and supplier teams to keep work moving forward.
- Drive structured investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities for field issues.
- Help improve problem-solving speed by identifying bottlenecks and supporting faster resolution of quality concerns.
- Build and maintain risk visibility processes for pre-launch and post-launch programs, including severity-based prioritization.
- Track product safety and field quality risks, escalating issues as needed to support timely decisions and outcomes.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable information for non-technical partners.
- Support communication, alignment, and commitment across multiple teams with competing priorities.
Skills
- Experience managing technical programs or complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to turn technical concepts into clear communication for varied audiences.
- Background in hardware-related work.
- Technical writing skills and program management experience.
- Strong judgment, organization, and escalation management skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to break complex work into manageable steps.
- Comfort working with engineering, quality, safety, and operations teams.
- Ability to balance customer safety, business needs, and technical constraints.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with coding or automation.
- Quality engineering background.
- Ability to understand and work with data.

- Familiarity with launch readiness, risk tracking, or corrective action processes.
