  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional partners to align on priorities and requirements
  • Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs
  • Support change management efforts, including communication, training, and readiness activities
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing to confirm delivered solutions align with requirements

  • Contribute to additional business analysis, IT support, and asset management activities as needed

Skills

  • Experience working in Scrum or agile teams and participating in agile ceremonies
  • Ability to write clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical groups
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical requirements and solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or a related field
  • Comfort working with enterprise systems, reporting, and operational support tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project Planner
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma, or Agile credentials
  • Background in IT asset management, software licensing, or device lifecycle support
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, and Power BI
  • Experience supporting reporting, cost analysis, asset tracking, or compliance activities
  • Exposure to enterprise service or operations teams supporting a large user population
