Join a dynamic Source-to-Pay transformation initiative as a Business Analyst, where you’ll help shape process improvements and technology solutions that support procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable operations. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who enjoys turning business needs into clear requirements, partnering across teams, and helping deliver meaningful change in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements for Source-to-Pay processes
- Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support product and development teams
- Analyze current workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies as the business voice on the team
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional partners to align on priorities and requirements
- Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs
- Support change management efforts, including communication, training, and readiness activities
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing to confirm delivered solutions align with requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation in collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner
- Contribute to additional business analysis, IT support, and asset management activities as needed
Skills
- 3–5 years of business analysis experience, ideally in Source-to-Pay, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and related systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms
- Experience working in Scrum or agile teams and participating in agile ceremonies
- Ability to write clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical groups
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical requirements and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or a related field
- Comfort working with enterprise systems, reporting, and operational support tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project Planner
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma, or Agile credentials
- Background in IT asset management, software licensing, or device lifecycle support
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience supporting reporting, cost analysis, asset tracking, or compliance activities
- Exposure to enterprise service or operations teams supporting a large user population
