We’re looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to help design and implement secure, scalable identity solutions across Google Cloud and Microsoft ecosystems. This hands-on role will support enterprise analytics, third-party collaboration, and strong governance through modern federation, access control, and lifecycle management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise identity strategies across Google Cloud and Microsoft identity platforms.
• Lead federated access solutions for workforce users, workloads, applications, and external partners.
• Develop secure collaboration models using Microsoft Entra ID, Google Cloud identity services, and third-party identity providers.
• Architect access controls for BigQuery, including row-level and column-level security.
• Support secure analytics consumption through Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker.
• Configure and govern identity solutions for Google Workspace and related enterprise applications.
• Partner with security, cloud, and data teams to define least-privilege access and scalable governance models.
• Help shape identity lifecycle processes and access policies for internal and external users.

Skills

• Deep experience with Google Cloud IAM, including Workforce Identity Federation and Workload Identity Federation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including federation, Conditional Access, and B2B collaboration.
• Proven background designing identity architectures across cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and token-based federation flows.
• Understanding of claims-based authorization and identity trust models.
• Experience implementing security controls in BigQuery.
• Ability to work directly in architecture and implementation settings.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience securing Looker with enterprise identity providers.
• Background supporting Power BI integrations with federated identity models.
• Knowledge of semantic layer platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise identity governance practices.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Comfort guiding technical decisions and aligning stakeholders around secure access strategies.
