Join a strategic enterprise initiative focused on advancing AI, automation, and digital workflow capabilities within a ServiceNow environment. This Business Analyst role offers the opportunity to partner with stakeholders, architects, developers, and governance teams to shape solutions that improve processes and support meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements workshops to capture business needs.
- Translate business goals into clear documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, solution architects, and governance teams to align requirements with technical solutions.
- Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and release readiness.
- Contribute to the delivery of AI, automation, and digital workflow enhancements across the platform.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, business validation, and issue resolution efforts.
- Track risks, dependencies, issues, and action items while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Assist with change management, user adoption, communications, and knowledge transfer documentation.
Skills
- 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Experience developing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business, technical, and governance teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
- Background supporting AI, automation, intelligent workflows, or digital transformation programs.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or a similar business analysis certification.
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
- Experience in regulated industries.
