Join a fast-paced, data-driven team supporting robotics supply chain and operations through insightful analysis and clear reporting. This fully onsite Business Intelligence Engineer role in Boston, MA offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders to answer complex questions, uncover trends, and build dashboards that help drive action.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate questions and requirements into practical analytical solutions.
- Build, maintain, and improve metrics, reports, and dashboards that support supply chain execution and operational decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from business leaders and provide clear, actionable findings.
- Use data mining, modeling, segmentation, and other analytical methods to support investigations and strategic planning.
- Present insights and recommendations in a way that is understandable and useful for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to cross-functional discussions focused on operational planning and supply chain performance.
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards to support reporting and visibility needs.
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience analyzing large-scale, complex datasets.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to break down business problems into a clear action plan.
- Background in statistics, programming, and supply chain, either through education or professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
- Ability to support reporting and analysis in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports in Tableau.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon QuickSight.
- Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, supply chain, or a related field.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations or robotics-related business functions.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with both technical teams and business partners.
- Comfort presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership.
