We’re looking for a Project/Program Manager to support a research-focused initiative with a high level of coordination, organization, and stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, turning data into actionable insights, and helping research studies move smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage research studies from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Support the planning and execution of internal surveys, focus groups, desk research, and related study activities
- Organize and synthesize information from research outputs to help inform recommendations and next steps
- Work with cross-functional partners to keep projects moving efficiently and communicate progress clearly
- Prepare status updates and reports for leadership and other stakeholders as needed
- Help manage multiple studies simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Contribute to research related to content testing, pre-release and post-launch surveys, and audience feedback analysis
- Ensure project documentation and submission requirements are completed accurately and on time
Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in project or program management, research operations, or a related field
- Experience writing or supporting research reports based on data
- Ability to manage studies or projects end to end with strong organizational skills
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to develop recommendations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with surveys, research workflows, and reporting deliverables
- BA in management, communications, analytics, statistics, or a related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience with consumer insights, market research, or audience research
- Familiarity with Qualtrics
- Experience supporting network or television research
- Ability to make complex information easy to understand for different audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when managing priorities
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on delivering high-quality work
