We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead small to large-scale business application projects from start to finish in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This onsite 12-month contract opportunity is based in Santa Clara, CA, and offers the chance to support meaningful project delivery while partnering with business teams to keep work moving forward successfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple project efforts through the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Partner with sponsors, business teams, and users to define project scope, goals, and priorities.
- Develop and support project plans, processes, tools, and implementation activities.
- Guide project staff and help keep tasks, timelines, and deliverables on track.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and support successful project outcomes.
- Provide status updates, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support projects tied to business applications and related operational disciplines.
- Help ensure project work is delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
Skills
- 1–6 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing or supporting small to large-scale projects.
- Ability to work across business teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize work, track progress, and manage priorities effectively.
- Comfort working in a project environment that requires accountability and follow-through.
- Experience supporting business applications or non-IT business functions is helpful.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting mission-critical initiatives through the full project life cycle.
- Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Background working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly and support changing project needs.
