Join a dynamic technical program leadership role supporting complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This position offers the opportunity to partner with Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and business stakeholders to help deliver impactful programs that support customer-facing experiences and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end technical programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Coordinate efforts between Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
- Build and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Facilitate governance routines, including status updates, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
- Identify roadblocks early and drive resolution across team boundaries.
- Partner with leadership to align delivery strategy, implementation approach, and roadmap priorities.
- Monitor program health, progress, and key delivery metrics.
- Support ongoing improvements to program management practices and team processes.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Technical Project Management.
- Strong background supporting enterprise technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies in a complex technical environment.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile program management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Marketing Technology, Loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement initiatives.
- Background in retail or other consumer-facing technology environments.
- Experience working within large, matrixed enterprise organizations.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing risk.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
