Join a high-impact program leadership role focused on driving CAPA remediation and strengthening master data governance across procurement, quality, regulatory, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT. This is an opportunity to help improve compliance, standardize processes, and support sustainable digital and operational improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead CAPA remediation efforts from planning through implementation, keeping workstreams aligned to business and compliance goals.
- Support governance for item master data, part information records, approved supplier lists, and material qualification processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, gather requirements, and implement scalable process and technology improvements.
- Contribute to procurement technology initiatives, including system implementations, testing, validation, and change management activities.
- Develop supporting materials such as procedures, training resources, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and continuous improvement plans.
- Help ensure alignment with quality, regulatory, and control requirements within a regulated manufacturing setting.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading procurement, supply chain, master data, or transformation projects.
- Experience with supplier onboarding, vendor or material master governance, CAPA remediation, and ERP-related initiatives.
- Working knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments and requirements tied to quality and compliance.
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive progress.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with both operational teams and leadership.
Preferred Skills
- MBA or PMP certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Oracle, Ariba, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Background in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, or other analytics tools.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall delivery methods, along with tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
- Experience supporting validation activities such as IQ, OQ, PQ, or UAT.
