This hybrid Lead Web Content Analyst role offers the opportunity to shape digital content strategy, support critical website initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex website initiatives, including planning, coordination, documentation, and delivery support.
- Configure, administer, and support the content management system and related web technologies.
- Partner with marketing, product, development, security, and architecture teams to resolve issues and deliver effective web solutions.
- Build, debug, test, deploy, and document website updates and enhancements.
- Evaluate website accessibility, usability, and user experience to support continuous improvement.
- Support front-end and back-end web development efforts, including content pages, landing pages, email templates, and interface elements.
- Apply SEO best practices and help create HTML templates, promotional content, and banners.
- Ensure work aligns with security standards, brand guidelines, and business continuity expectations.
- Contribute to contingency planning for time-sensitive web communications and critical updates.
Skills
- Strong experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.
- Advanced HTML and CSS skills.
- Working knowledge of WordPress VIP and related web technologies.
- Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support moderately complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with information architecture and data-informed content decisions.
- Familiarity with user experience best practices.
- Project management experience in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of graphics composition and visualization tools.
- Ability to support website optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
