We’re seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of our print management infrastructure within a dynamic retail and supply chain setting. What You’ll Do: As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the engineering, support, and modernization of our extensive print and endpoint infrastructure. This hands-on role involves managing over 20,000 printers, including Lexmark and Zebra platforms, across retail outlets and supply chain operations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability, automate processes through PowerShell scripting, and troubleshoot network and device issues swiftly. Your expertise will drive improvements in device performance, supportability, and standardization across our enterprise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in printer management and enterprise infrastructure support
- Strong proficiency with enterprise printer administration, troubleshooting, and deployment
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Solid understanding of Windows-based device management and networking fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Lexmark and Zebra printer administration, firmware management, and MarkVision
- Knowledge of retail and supply chain industry operations
- Vendor management experience with Lexmark, Zebra, or similar brands
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes
- Skills in technical documentation and process automation
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience supporting large-scale enterprise printing and endpoint environments, ideally within retail or supply chain sectors
- Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced, operational environments and deliver results with minimal supervision
