We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale Global Point of Sale program that will replace both hardware and software across all brands. This onsite opportunity in the San Francisco Bay Area offers the chance to lead meaningful organizational change, partner with senior leaders, and help teams build the capabilities needed for a successful rollout.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management efforts for a major enterprise-wide POS transformation program.
- Assess organizational readiness and evaluate findings to help shape the change strategy.
- Partner with project teams and senior leaders to recommend and support effective change plans.
- Advise leadership on organizational development, behavioral change, and adoption challenges.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect teams, processes, and stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally to drive alignment, engagement, and sustainable adoption.
- Support culture change efforts that strengthen capability and performance across the organization.
Skills
- 6+ years of change management experience or equivalent expertise in large-scale change initiatives.
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation efforts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to conduct readiness and impact assessments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area as needed, including the Pleasanton and San Francisco office locations.
- W2 candidates only; candidates requiring C2C consideration must have prior approval.
Preferred Skills
- PROSCI training or change management certification.
- Prior retail industry experience.
- Experience working in a large, complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology rollouts, especially POS-related transformations.
