JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a high-impact IT Project Manager role supporting enterprise-level initiatives that span master data management and global solution consolidation. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex delivery work across planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hyper-care in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post-launch support.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, plans, budgets, and resource allocation tracking.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and external partners to keep milestones, deliverables, and dependencies on track.
  • Monitor project progress closely, identify risks and issues early, and escalate when needed to keep delivery moving forward.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve challenges and support timely decision-making.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Support delivery in accordance with organizational standards, governance expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate quality reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own schedule and budget commitments while helping ensure the project stays aligned to goals and timelines.
  • Provide leadership and coordination in a matrixed environment while promoting collaboration and accountability.

Skills

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and financial tracking.
  • Background in both waterfall and agile delivery approaches, with waterfall as the primary method.
  • Experience supporting application or SDLC-focused projects.
  • Some experience working on data-related initiatives.
  • Experience in a large, complex organization.
  • Completed four-year degree.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort leading through influence in a matrixed team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management methodologies and reporting or dashboard tools.
  • Background in change management and risk management.
  • Experience embedding project governance and PM best practices within an organization.
  • Exposure to transformation programs or enterprise-level change initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Ability to operate independently and stay effective in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
