We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving complex technical programs, aligning diverse stakeholders, and helping teams deliver meaningful business and technology outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution for multiple strategic technical programs across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams.
- Build and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, governance materials, and executive-level dashboards.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early, and drive action plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Facilitate portfolio reviews, roadmap planning discussions, and executive governance meetings.
- Prepare clear status updates, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.
- Track commitments, deliverables, and follow-up items to support accountability across teams.
- Monitor program health using KPIs and recommend improvements to execution and delivery processes.
- Collaborate across highly matrixed teams to move initiatives forward without direct authority.
- Support ongoing improvements to program governance, reporting, and cross-functional delivery practices.
Skills
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in enterprise technology environments.
- Proven success leading multiple complex technical programs simultaneously.
- Strong experience working with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity partners.
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and executive communications with confidence.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to influence across teams and drive execution in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, infrastructure, platform engineering, or cloud-focused organizations.
- Background in enterprise technology portfolios or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or PI planning.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Planview, or Smartsheet.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Comfort working through ambiguity while keeping teams aligned and informed.
