Join a dynamic Data Modernization Program as a Project Coordinator, where you will help keep change management activities organized, on track, and moving forward. This remote six-month opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating project work, supporting communication efforts, and keeping multiple priorities aligned in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project and change management trackers, including plans, status updates, and RAID logs.
- Coordinate meeting cadence, prepare agendas, and help ensure follow-up on action items.
- Track program milestones and flag risks, delays, or dependencies that may affect delivery.
- Support rollout and communication efforts by managing distribution lists and tracking related activities.
- Assist with reporting inputs used in leadership updates and overall program progress reviews.
- Keep project artifacts organized, current, and easy for stakeholders to access.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to support smooth execution of change management initiatives.
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or change management within a business environment.
- Background supporting IT, technology, or data-related projects is required.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and supporting program execution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Intermediate Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data organization.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives or large-scale transformation efforts.
- Familiarity with PMO processes or project management environments.
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement, change communications, or rollout coordination.
- Experience contributing to data modernization or similar technology-focused programs.
