  • Prepare audit support schedules, respond to auditor questions, and help document key accounting judgments and controls.

Skills

  • Working understanding of SEC reporting requirements, including Regulation S-X and S-K, as well as PCAOB standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Workiva for filing workflows, tie-outs, and XBRL/iXBRL tagging.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite for ledger review, journal entry activity, and report extraction.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with equity reporting tools such as Carta, E*TRADE Equity Edge, Morgan Stanley, or similar systems.
  • Background supporting technical accounting questions and complex disclosure preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with finance, audit, and cross-functional partners.
