JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a skilled Project/Program Manager to support internal Professional Services initiatives and help drive cross-functional work forward. This fully remote 12+ month contract is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an operationally focused role, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, and can keep multiple priorities moving with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal Professional Services initiatives from start to finish, including scope definition, milestone planning, ownership, and timelines
  • Maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reporting to provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and next steps
  • Partner with teams across delivery, operations, sales, and related functions to remove blockers and keep initiatives on track
  • Facilitate recurring program reviews and ensure action items, deadlines, and responsibilities are followed through
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing concerns early, and recommend practical solutions
  • Document processes, decisions, and updates so work remains organized and sustainable over time
  • Support a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities while keeping projects aligned and moving forward

Skills

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or technology environment
  • Proven ability to manage several initiatives at once while balancing competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working independently with minimal oversight
  • Experience using project tracking and reporting tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
  • Ability to turn data and updates into concise, actionable status reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Skills

  • PMP, Agile, or a similar certification
  • Experience improving processes and building durable documentation
  • Background supporting internal operational initiatives in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift
