We’re looking for a skilled Project/Program Manager to support internal Professional Services initiatives and help drive cross-functional work forward. This fully remote 12+ month contract is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an operationally focused role, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, and can keep multiple priorities moving with confidence.

- Maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reporting to provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and next steps
- Partner with teams across delivery, operations, sales, and related functions to remove blockers and keep initiatives on track
- Facilitate recurring program reviews and ensure action items, deadlines, and responsibilities are followed through
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing concerns early, and recommend practical solutions
- Document processes, decisions, and updates so work remains organized and sustainable over time
- Support a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities while keeping projects aligned and moving forward
Skills
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or technology environment
- Proven ability to manage several initiatives at once while balancing competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort working independently with minimal oversight
- Experience using project tracking and reporting tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Ability to turn data and updates into concise, actionable status reporting
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
