This is an exciting opportunity for a creative Art Director to shape compelling visuals for events, experiences, and brand campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help turn ideas into impactful creative work that connects with audiences across print, digital, web, social, and experiential touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop original creative concepts and execute polished visual work for events, experiences, and related campaigns.
  • Partner closely with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, strategists, and producers to bring customer-focused ideas to life.
  • Lead creative workstreams independently while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Translate briefs, insights, and business goals into thoughtful design solutions from concept through launch.
  • Create assets and deliverables across a range of formats, including video, presentation design, UI-related visuals, event signage, and swag.
  • Present creative ideas and concepts clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while balancing deadlines, priorities, and quality standards.
  • Use customer insights and data to help shape campaign strategy, look and feel, and design direction.

Skills

  • Professional experience as a conceptual creative or art director in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, art direction, branding, and design work.
  • Advanced hands-on skills with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience using Figma and PowerPoint in a creative workflow.
  • Motion design experience with tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of UX design and the ability to apply it to creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong organization, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and stay detail-oriented under pressure.
  • A data-informed mindset with an interest in measuring creative impact.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating work for brand and event-driven projects.
  • Familiarity with designing for print, digital, web, experiential, and social channels.
  • Experience working across teams in different time zones.
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale or complex creative programs.
  • Portfolio examples that demonstrate strong storytelling and end-to-end creative execution.
