Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day health of product content by organizing, validating, and maintaining accurate information across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate content requirements for new product launches, commercialization efforts, and ongoing content improvement initiatives.
  • Manage product attributes and ensure content is structured clearly for internal teams, customers, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the handoff of product content for linking, loading, categorization, and syndication across websites and digital distribution channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve content issues, improve data quality, and maintain content standards.
  • Upload marketing assets and content into appropriate systems using accurate metadata and tagging.
  • Help ensure digital assets meet brand, content, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support process improvements that make content and assets easier to find, use, and manage.
  • Lead and support product data projects while tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for content-related questions from global and regional teams.

Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, product marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with product content, digital assets, product data, or content management systems.
  • Background supporting cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay on track in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or B2B environments.
  • Results-driven approach with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across teams and functions.
  • Strategic thinking and curiosity about broader business goals beyond day-to-day tasks.
  • Experience working with digital asset management systems.
  • Familiarity with content readiness, launch coordination, or portfolio support work.
